We will despatch your order quickly but the delivery times are not guaranteed so please allow a reasonable time for your order to arrive.
*Usual delivery times are a general guideline and may vary due to any circumstances which are out of our control. Once the orders have been passed to the delivery providers we are no longer responsible for delivery time.
We endeavour to send orders paid for using the online payment service within 1-7 working days of order, however, it is likely that your order shall be shipped quicker than this.
Items which are specially ordered or made to order will take 14 working days to ship. Should this be the case, a note of expected shipping times are clearly marked upon the item.
Wherever possible orders will be sent in boxes and shall be pleasantly packaged inside, but some items which are unable to be boxed will be sent in secure packaging.
In busy periods, if there is a very rare occasion where an item is sold out a close alternative may be sent on approval. Should you not wish to receive an alternative please put a note in the comments box at checkout.
If the receiver of the goods is not available to at the time of the delivery it is the responsibility of the customer and not Hus-Hus to collect the parcel from the courier or to arrange re-delivery.
Delivery shall ordinarily be made by our couriers , we use UK Mail / DHL for items smaller than 1.3 meter and everything bigger than 1.3 meter will be delivered by TNT Express. Tracking details will be provided wherever possible.
